Every member of the Sales Department is a seasoned, recognized professional within his or her specialty. Persys representatives are fluent in matters of patient care, reimbursement issues, EMS response protocol, and PERS equipment, making them valued resources to clients. Fire and Security system monitoring representatives are fluent in NFPA and UL codes, technically proficient in system design and programming, accredited with such bodies as APCO, NTS, and SIA. The AMCEST sales team is an extension of customer service and public relations.

 

The Sales Department is also responsible for government agency interaction, working with healthcare, law enforcement, and legislative bodies for mutual industry benefit. AMCEST sales representatives are active with local and national industry associations.
